A 45 minute session is enough time to cover a few priority life areas or concerns.  
If you have more than a few areas that you would like insight with, longer sessions are also available, message me for more information. 
Please also message me if you need alternative days/hours for scheduling a session than what is available on the calendar.  You may book a session on any future available date and then we can move it to another day and time that works for both of us.
